| Comprehensive budget management is an important method of finance management and control. Since its appearance, over 80 years has gone. But it is only a few years since it used in telecom corporations, and the application is not successful. By study of comprehensive budget management, this dissertation can help us find the weakness of application in telecom corporations and get solution.The article is divided in Five parts.In chapter 1, a basic discuss is given on the content about comprehensive budget management, the introduction of object, concept definition, key topic and structure of this dissertation are provided here. A comprehensive introduction is also given on the concept of comprehensive budget management.In the second chapter, a discussion is provided mainly on the comprehensive budget management theories, such as concept, different views, relating of corporation life, system of comprehensive budget management and some new development.In the third chapter, we introduced the actuality of China Netcom Group Jiangsu Branch and comprehensive budget management in it .we find some weakness.In the forth chapter, Through analysis of character of telecom corporations, we find some ways to improve the comprehensive budget management in China Netcom Group Jiangsu Branch.At last, the dissertation pointed out limitation, the future research expectation is also given. |
