The transportation of dry-bulk cargo is one of the most important fields of the international shipping marketThis thesis firstly analyzes the form and regular pattern of the transportation of dry-bulk cargo, and then explains the distribution of the cargo sources.Secondly, analyzes the structure and variation characteristics of this market, especially giving detailed analysis on the demand, supply and the related market price changes.Thirdly, analyzes the future development of both the dry-bulk cargo carrier fleets and the vessels used for the purpose.Fourthly, in view of the actual price demonstrational index—BFI and BDI, a null means stationary series is reached which matched ARMA model.
