The manufacturers compete with each other more and more seriously, and the profits of the auto industry drop year by year. In addition, the logistics costs of auto manufacturing enterprises in our country are relatively high, the proportion of which in the sales revenue is generally above 15%, and the proportion in America and Europe is about 8% and in Japan can even reach to 5%. How to reduce logistics cost, improve service level becomes important subject which auto manufacturers focus on in the course of promoting the competitiveness. In the auto industry logistics, compared with completed car logistics and part logistics which have been developing rapidly in recent years, the auto service spare part logistics hasn't aroused the extensive attention. The academia almost doesn't deal with the problem. However, with the aggravation of cost problem, service spare part logistics will become new profits in auto manufacturing enterprises and the focus of the academia.This paper has mainly discussed the operation mode of auto service spare parts logistics under nimble supply chain. The modularization design of product causes the needs of service spare part logistics management. As the importance of after-sale service is more and more outstanding in obtaining the competition advantage, improving customer's loyalty and obtaining profits etc., the logistics management of the service spare part as the material support of after-sales service is paid more attention to day by day. The demand of service spare part is unstable and minimum stock units are excessive and the value is widely different. Therefore, it often causes to overstock and out-of-stock.
