Research On The Influences Of The New Investment Upon Construction Project And Resolutions

The influences of the new investment upon construction project under the new investment system are studied in this thesis. First of all, it looks back the reformation of the investment system in our country, summarizes its development and trait, and analyzes the success of the new investment system. Secondly, based on this part, it analyzes the influences that the changes of investment system and project financing bring to the process and the content of the construction project establishing, opening up the financing channel brings the risk to the project financial, and independent status of the construction project investor brings to the decision-making mechanism, upon the new investment system. Finally, based on the degree, it makes the resolutions to the construction project under the new investment system.
