Research On Layer & Mechanism Of The Supply Chain Management Information Sharing

As a kind of"horizontal integration"model, Supply Chain Management is thought to be a typical representative of management style. In the form of its operation, Supply Chain Management shapes a integration-network of material flow,information flow,capital flow,knowledge flow(MICK-4FI).As the rapid development of information technology these years, the world comes into the era of information economics. The revolution of information makes great influence to the revolution of SCM. Some scholar puts forward that the core ideology behaves the concentrated disposal on the information sharing, thus make the enterprises easily acquire the demand information, decrease the uncertainty to the maximum.In the process of its complex operation, supply chain has many factors of risk. These factors of risk behave as centralized the uncertainty. The elicitation of the concept of information sharing rests with the melioration to the uncertainty, the improvement to the stability.This thesis focuses on the issue of information sharing of SCM, takes emphasis on the different information layer and the mechanism. First, discuss the theory and value of the information from two points of view: the information economics and amending of bullwhip effect. Secondly classify the different information to be shared, categorize with non-cooperated fellow; ordinary-cooperated fellow and important-cooperated fellow. Thirdly classify the information with three layers:0 layer,1 layer and 2 layer. At last conform the model of differentiate information sharing layers. Then according to the analysis of complexity in the commission-agent relation, construe the principle of information sharing, design the basic mechanism model based on the risk prevention mechanism and prompting-restriction mechanism. At last, the paper explains the resolution approach from the aspect of mechanism, introduce the succeed resolution project of information sharing for reference. According to the above analysis, the author puts forward the conclusion: nothing can stop the trend of information sharing; we can solve the will problem through the management system reengineering, contract& benefit redistribution mechanism, commercial credit prompting mechanism and unite on the capital layer.
