Study On The Development Of Chinese Rural Microfinance Organ Which Carries On No Savings But Loans

After the appearance of the microfinance from 20th century 70's, the Economy developing history of developing country had proved that the microfinance is an effective way to relieve the rural poverty. The developing history of microfinance in China is just few years, but microfinance grows rapidly, however, we also notice that the state of development of microfinance in our country is still difficult to meet the requirement for social economic development, so it is an urgent subject to improve the development of rural microfinance.At the same time, the rapid growth of the rural nongovernmental loan can meet part of fund demand, but also has negative infection. In such cases, the People's Bank of China proposes to set up a small microfinance organ which carries on no savings but loans, which absorbs the non-governmental capital as investment.The first and second chapters of this thesis are the introduction of the reason for the building of this microfinance organ, including the shortcoming of the development of rural microfinance and the rapid growth of the rural nongovernmental loan; The third chapter analyze that it is necessary to built this microfinance organ, using game theory , rural finance theory and dividing the work and specialized theory ; The third chapter analyze how to build this microfinance organ, discussing the source of the capital , the controlling of the fund risk and establishment of the lending rate.
