Price Tendency Analysis Of Non-ferrous Futures And Investment Risks Control

Futures' price of non-ferrous metal brings direct or indirect effect on the performance which comes from extracting or processing companies of non-ferrous metal and correlative public companies. It will affect investment strategy towards investors. The cause of this kind of effect is firstly that the production and management of those companies have been close correlated with the price of non-ferrous metal futures. Ripe futures markets play a role of pricing non-ferrous metal, and futures price may be weathervane to spot price. Companies of non-ferrous metal may arrange production and sale plan according to futures price. Secondly, investors can analysis stock price according to futures price to decided investment strategy. The wave of futures' price can lead companies' performance changes, which affects expectation of stock price towards investors, and investment strategy.This dissertation chooses the high-level marketed copper futures as the research object and analysis other non-ferrous metal correlated. Firstly, the dissertation defined finance quality of non-ferrous metal, and applying investment theories and methods to analysis fundamental aspects factors of non-ferrous metal futures price. Secondly, the dissertation checked correlated level of non-ferrous metal futures price in different futures markets, on the basis of them, expected price of futures copper in SHFE, analyzed yield quality of futures copper price. Risk assessment method was applied to demonstration analysis to futures investment risk, securities investment risk and deposition risk. Finally, the last part brought forward investment advice and pointed out the application localization of analysis methods.
