Insurance is a special industry which operates risks. Creation of value and increment of fortune derive from management of risks. As a special industry that specializes in risk centralization and decentralization, insurance has higher anti-risk requirements comparing with other finance industries, such as banking and securities.Through integration of institution and business, mixed operation mode of insurance shares hardware and financial products resources and complements each other, which can bring out great coordination advantage, improve the competitiveness and enhance the insurance service quality to a new stage. Whereas, mixed operation mode also increases the complexity in organization structure, internal control and related party transactions, which will bring out a lot of financial risks.This essay analyzes the source, expression and specialty of financial risks that derive from the mixed operation mode. By analyzing the financial risk management status of P Issuance Group which is the sole mixed operation mode insurance company, this essay discusses the execution of financial risk control in the mixed operation mode of insurance.
