The Study Of Internal Corporate Governance About State Owned Commercial Bank In Our Counyry

Corporate governance is an important research field in economics and is highlighted by researchers and government in recent years. No doubt, a well defined corporate governance, especially in internal governance, is also the goal of commercial banks' reform in China. This reform is more important than reform of property rights currently. Not only can this reform keep state owned commercial banks and whole financial system in stabilization and security, but also it is the precondition for Chinese banking system entering into international market.A lots of researches show that there are so many problems in the state owned commercial banks in China and are significantly relevant to the internal corporate governance. But there are some different views on paths and solutions to setup the internal corporate governance. This paper tries to identify the particularity of internal corporate governance mechanism of commercial banks in Chinaand to explain internal corporate governance mechanism of commercial banks using game theoretical model, and explicates the main problem of internal corporate governance in state owned commercial banks . Finally, I will present the reconstruction principles and comprehensive framework of corporate governance in the state owned commercial banks, and put forwards to the measurements and suggestions to establish well defined internal corporate governance of state owned commercial banks.
