E-commerce represents a completely new managerial pattern which has greatly impacted on the traditional managerial pattern, and which also has raised grave challenges to the traditional managerial theories and approaches. Moreover, it has brought about many opportunities for the development of new managerial technology. As a result, Customer Relationship Management and its application system have been developed to a new high level.At present, CRM for state-owned bank is on the developing stage. This paper provided some useful supports to programming the construction of CRM for China Agriculture bank, especially for Shandong branch of Agriculture Bank.This paper analyzed the advantages of foreign bank, put forth the development background of customer relationship management and actuality of state-owed bank's CRM, and confirmed the importance of CRM for banks.This thesis views from the points of CRM theory and relationship marketing, analyzed the basic concept of CRM, put forward the programming rules, studied the key and evaluation index for CRM's programming. Futhermore, brought forward the whole CRM system plan for Agriculture bank, discussed programming rules, programming key, object design and requirement analys one by one.This thesis put forward the all constitute modules and running principle, analyzed concretely design and programming of every module, and especially explained the realization of inquire and statistics module.Lastly, the thesis analyzed the application effect of hign-grade Customer relationship management system froms Shandong province branch, Yantai city branch and Yantai developing area branch of Agriculture bank.
