Study On Construction Project Audit Modes

With the fast development of the social economy, a big amount of funds was invested in construction projects every year. Especially after China joined the WTO, competitions in our economy market became more and more vehemently. So Construction Project Audit is very important in saving construction funds. Construction Project Audit is a basic method in modern construction project management. The work of Construction Project Audit plays a very important role in many ways, such as controlling, managing and supervising the construction funds; increasing the invest yield.This paper used the system viewpoint, start with the basic conception and theory of audit modes. Adopted many methods to study the Construction Project Audit Modes, such as the basic research combined with case analysis, criterion research, literature search etc. Firstly, the writer gave out the basic conception and the basic kinds of the Audit Mode. Then compared the actual Construction Project Audit Modes in our country, and pointed out the disadvantages of these modes through analysis on the history and the status quo of the Audit Modes. Consequently gave out the principle of rebuilding the Construction Project Audit Modes and the Construction Project Audit Modes based on these principles combined with the social status. There were three types of the Construction Project Audit Modes——"Combined Modes"which was based on the National Audit, internal audit and social audit; following the construction order to audit the construction program;"Long-distance Audit on Construction Project"which was based on the computer science, internet science, audit science etc. This paper also expatiated the advantages of these new Construction Project Audit Modes. At last, the writer tabled a proposal on the appliance of these new modes according to her work experience.However, this paper just studied the modes of the Construction Project Audit, the appliance of these modes needs the government's policy and the experience of the professionals. For the"Long-distance Audit on Construction Project", this paper just discussed the mode did not relate to the program and interface design. This paper just wanted to give some ideas to the Construction Project Audit in order to increase the quality and efficiency of the work.
