The Study On The Operation Modes And Price Setting Methods Of MBS In China

As a kind of innovative finance tool, MBS has been widely applied in the structural financing of international banking system since 1970s. And it has a significant influence on the world finance field. Later, the study on MBS has also been conducted in our country since 1990s, and"Jianyuan MBS"was first issued domestically in 2005, which was based on its active development both theoretically and practically. Grounded on MBS, this thesis longitudinally compared the merits and demerits of various MBS manners from operation modes, together with laterally comparing the existing problems and risks in other countries during executing MBS. Likewise, the actual problems, doubts and difficulties in our MBS were deeply explored on the basis of taking in successful experience from abroad. Meanwhile, diverse security pricing means were longitudinally compared in terms of price settings, accompanied by laterally comparing the distinctions of pricing methods home and abroad by considering the present law systems and economic conditions in our country.By virtue of introducing the successful MBS modes abroad, the appropriate MBS development mode was investigated in our country based on the current law systems and economic conditions domestically. And the key point of the paper lies in the MBS price setting means fit for our country was examined grounded on the common MBS price setting methods abroad. Besides, a detailed analysis of the MBS price setting processes was carried out through this approach and the related systems regarding policies, taxation and accounting were further advanced as well as pertinent suggestions on MBS price setting methods.
