Study On The Synergetic Effect Of Industrial Structure And Resource Structure

During the course of economy development, a mutual relation always be existing between Industrial Structure (hereinafter called "IS") and Resource Structure (hereinafter called "RS") that IS affects development of RS and vice versa. There is the corresponding IS, during the different stage of economy development, but which must be adapted to this relevant IS in return. At present and long future period of IS evolvement in our own country, Nature Resource Structure (hereinafter called NRS) would be still the key factor to affect IS. NRS would, timely,spatially and structurally, impact on IS in the separate period. At present, our own country is being in the mid- industrialization stage that economic high growth has to depend on the large consumption of raw materials and energy-mine resource. However, just relative to this stage, average own resource in china is far lower than average level in world, supply of energy,mine and other resource is facing bottle-neck, conflict between economic growth and lack of resource is present intensely.The thesis includes 6 Chapters as following: Chapter 1, Introduction, indicating the integer analysis frame and main analysis methods. Chapter 2, Industrial structure and resource structure summarization. Chapter 3, Expounding the mutual relationship between IS and RS, Chapter 4, First, giving a presentation of development status on IS and RS and qualitative analysis of synergy, second, giving a quantificational description of development of IS and RS in Principle Component Analysis and Regression Analysis method, at last, deducing the index of synergy between IS and RS. Chapter 5, exploring the reasons for slow development of synergy between IS and RS. Chapter 6, advancing measures and advices about improving the development of synergy between IS and RS against the corresponding reasons.The shotlight of the thesis is, in Principal Components Analysis and Regression Analysis method as the main tool of ration research, to scale general index and optimization conformance equation between IS & RS, and to educe the low-degree as the development level of synergy between IS and RS, and furthermore, advance the corresponding countermeasure and suggestions against the low-degree reason that are analyzed in three aspects as under: Economy Growth Model, IS and RS .
