With the development of society economy, the organization, regarding the human resource as a kind of competitive advantage original, need to manage strategically more and more, and human resource strategy, as a indispensable part to manage strategically, is paid more attention by academe and enterprisers.Human resource strategy's dividing ,choosing , building and executing have been studied for a long time, and conclude many excellent theories, while these theories has some shortcomings that can not match our country's reality and absent the research on methods etc., focusing in the shortcomings the study is done. Based on the theories and human resource management reality of our country, human resource strategy is divided according to simple human resource functions and studied primarily the methods of human resource choosing, building and executing. Through thinking over the methods of all the phases of human resource strategy, some primary conclusions are educed that not only are kinds of makeup to the human resource strategy theories system, but also, as the study base on our country's human resource management realities, are really helps to the enterprisers in choosing, building and executing human resource strategy of our country.
