Technical renovation is a means of enlarging reproduction, improving quality of production and technical content of enterprises. Hence, technical renovation plays the important role of enhancing competition power, raising vital force and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. At the same time, as one investment of fixed assets, technical renovation gives birth to incessant increasing economic points for social development.Before investment, Carrying out scientific feasibility study on the project is the important means of the state strengthens investment benefit management from macro-point of view, and is also the basis that offers scientific decision for investor and decision-maker.
