Many factors shall affect the smooth execution of project because the construction project has many characteristics such as a long construction period, huge investment, only-one-time action, strong integrity and vast involvement. All these factors will result in risky affects, among which, the lack of feasibility research ranks first. This thesis has disserted the feasibility research and risks of the construction project, and analyzed the huge risk and hazard to a company due to the lack of a feasibility research.First, this thesis states the essential theories of risk, project risks and risk management, and probes into the developing history and present status of the risk management and discusses the various definitions of the risks. Then, a personal view is put forward, the contents and characteristics of the project risks are stated for the construction project, and the risks are classified for the construction project, the reason to form the construction project is analyzed.
