Stepping into the 21st century, the growth center of the world economy has changed from US, Europe, and Japan to US and China. The global economy more and more depends on the economy growth of US and China. However, under the rapid economy growth of the two countries, the Sino-US economy development presents much more imbalanced, moreover, the trade and investment relationships between China and US are dramatically changing. Analysis on the Sino-US economy imbalance is also the hot issue in the academic field. There are totally five sections to introduce and analyze the Sino-US economy imbalance in this thesis.In the first part(Introduction), the relevant research of scholars from home and broad is outlined, the theoretical and practical significance of this subject is introduced,and the structure of this paper is introduced, the main viewpoints and the author's creativity is also given.In the second part of the thesis, the analysis on the Sino-US economy imbalance includes reviewing the evolution of Sino-US trade and investment. In details, the expansion of the imbalance brings different costs and profits to the two countries. That is much loses for China and much gains for the US. In the evolution of Sino-US investment relationship, China is changing the investment position from with much debt into with much claim. And the US gets much more fund inflow. So the economy of the US is growing at a low inflation rate while the foreign exchange reserve China accumulates for many years is taking risks.
