The Research Of Quality Management System Building Of DICP

From the year of 1999, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) has begun with the construction and management of the quality system according to the standard of ISO9001 and has been approved by New Age Quality System Approval Center.DICP continues the construction on quality management system even after being approved and certificated. By means of all management staffs' effort, DICP has made a rapid progress on the management of quality management system. Especially in the scope of ensuring the quality of physical products, the standardization procedure management works quite well. However, DICP's quality management system still has some shortages on the organization structures, file system, procedure identify and quality cultures, which are the parts that needs to be improved firstly.This paper finds out some existential problems in this quality system, such as: two management systems running together; the quality management system is disjointed with the R&D program; the using of the quality management can't be reflected. Then the author analyzes the existing quality management system of DICP, especially focus on the organization structure, files and all staff's consciousness and ability on quality management. And according to the experience of advanced quality control and management system both from domestic and abroad, it brings out the measures to improve the existing system, which are strengthening the training for all staff's consciousness and ability on quality management system, strengthening the quality control of administration department as well as his supporting department, improving the files for quality management system, enhancing the applications of procedures and the identifying for procedures.
