This article, as a part of registered task "The Research on the Developing Strategy of the Spark Industrialbelt in Hexi Corridor"approved by the Science and Technological Department of Gansu Province, has not only broadly and adjectively carried out the research on the economic developing situation and problems existed to the spark industrialbelt of Hexi corridor in the respects of the industrialbelt, belt economy alike using related economic principles and methods such as regional, industrial, development, math and statistics, but provided a preliminary suggestion as well.Firstly, the spark industrialbelt of Hexi corridor, with many of advantages such as reasonable industrial structures, rather developed regional economy, better agricultural production conditions and superior economic efficiency transformed from agricultural as well as high quality human resources, is a key economicbelt for Gansu province, concentrated industrial area, fundamental basis of agricultural production, commodity grain and the most powerful dynamic source in economic developing increase.Secondly, the belt processes the concentrating character, resulting in both influences on its industrial development, the superiority and potentiality of both centralized and advanced advantages, on the other hand, which also brings unbalanced development in its regional economy meaning small county economic developing as we called "one economicbelt but four different worlds" and disadvantage for its harmonious development.
