In this period the group will lay out two billion Yuan into various projects of joint-venture, and leads to diversification of itself. After the analysis, this thesis brings out a new systematic approach including effective-team framework, selection of high-performance project management model and its renovation, dynamic process control like full-tracking and supervising, initiative and beforehand controlling mechanism on plan, contract, cost, payment, safety etc, and melted together.
