This text aims at the low utilization of equipment in the production line at domestic and the actuality of operator redundancy,from the perspective of analysis utilization of equipments and efficiency work of workers,by the analysis multiple levels of production line systerms to establish production line model, after simulation of the model find out reasons of inefficiencies utilization of equipment,then base on the reason to adjustment and improve the weakness have encountered,to increase the benefit of enterprise.1. With the development of Manufacturing System, the modeling method and simulation technology has been make progress.production line is a branch of Manufacturing System,it belongs to discrete event dynamic systerm.for in-depth understanding and study of the systerm,it is necessary to establishment the perfect production line systerm.perfect systerm model can comprehension and expression the system more well to support analysis and integrate of system.modeling is detail analysis of system base on mathematics.ever since that time the Petri net was put forward ,it continuously enrichnebt and development,has been used in manufacturing widely.at the same time,use computer to simulation the model of production line can get different require data information for Manufacturing and management,provide theory basis for the actual Operating Parameters of production,makes the design of actual system satisfy the need of designers more well.2. The application of Petri Net based on object in production line.The paper which based on the SMT production line of certain automobile electronic company, make the production line like as a multilayer rank structure including physical layer, logic layer and control layer. The physical layer contain the physical object, property and methods in the production line; the logic layer just make the mapping of physical layer to this layer and make subordinate net contact with each other; The control layer just control the logic layer according to the rules such as production plan and ethnics flow and others .at the same time the logic layer also transfer the object's state to the control layer by the way of message .Make a static analysis for the Petri Net facing object after confirming the correction of each layer , set up the physical subordinate net and ensure the flow direction of whole system.3. The production line simulation model based on the Flexsim technically.It is a big process to make the dynamic analysis of Petri Net facing to the object. So just make Petri Net simulation under the circumstance of Flexsim. The first step is transfer the model of Petri net facing to the object to the simulation model of flexsim. And then, map the object to the flexsim simulation layer according to layered structure, different object use different entity or trigger. After ensure the corresponding connection, simulate the product according to production plan of production line and make the analysis to the result of three-dimensional simulation model. Then find out the reason of fluctuant efficiency in the production line, make data support for the adjustion and improvement in the future.
