The Study About The Cultivation And Promote Way Of The Core Competence Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In China

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) are an important factor in national economy and play a strategic role in the economic development of various countries in the world. It is generally agreed among international community of economics and academy that, SMEs will play the leading role in economic development of the 21st century. In china, the greatest developing country in the world, SMEs have a more prominent standing and role.But at the same time, we must see that with our entering WTO and the development of the economic globalization, our SMEs will have to encounter many challenges. They must compete with both the civil opponents and the foreign ones, and the most standing-out one is the scarcity of core competition ability. So how to improve its whole quality and how to cultivate it a sustained ability have become a problem which need to be soluted right now both to the field of economic theory and to the field of business.This article takes the advantage of positive studying method upon this issue and draws the manners that can form the core of competence of SMEs. In addition to introduction, this article consists of four parts and major contents are as follows: The second part mainly intruduce the relevant theory of the SMEs and the key intension, characteristic and impact factor of core competence. The third part summarize and analysethe current situation of the core competence of SMEs of ZiBo. This part isthe fundamental of the study. The fourth part develop the manners thatcultivation and promoting the core competence of SMEs. The last partis to come to the conclusion on this paper.
