Research On Establishment Of Venture Capital System In High-tech Zones

Venture capital investment adapts most to high-tech industrial development characteristics. The development level of venture capital industry determines the development level of a country's high-tech industrial. It is significant to develop venture capital and to use venture capital to promote technology innovation, product R&D and transformation of high-tech achievements into productive forces.At present, the entrepreneurship of China's high-tech enterprises in high-tech zones is weak. The diversified investment channels for R&D in zones are not yet formed. The environment for venture capital in such zones is poor which hindered the venture investment activities. High-tech zones' venture investment has lagged behind the development of high-tech industries. And that affected the high-tech industrialization process. China's high-tech zones should speed up the development of venture investment and should shoulder the mission of the rapid and healthy development of local investment and financing industry.From the perspective of the high-tech zones, this thesis discusses the venture capital system construction. From the essence of the venture capital and high-tech zones, this thesis studies the structure of venture investment system theoretically. Bases on analyzing current situation of the high-tech zones' venture capital, this thesis looks for the problem about the operation of high-tech zones' venture capital system. Then we summarize the experiences of developing venture capital system in Xi'an high-tech zone as domestic venture capital system guidance basses on the qualitative and quantitative analysis. At the end of the thesis, we focus on the improvement for the venture capital system of high-tech zones.The thesis has 14 figures, 11 tables and 46 references.
