Because the financing model and the operation model of the dedicated passenger line have changed in a great degree, the purpose of the thesis is to study the factors that affect the price of the dedicated passenger line from two areas of financing and operation, then to design the pricing model,study the price structure and consider the price control.The thesis deeply studies the theory basis of the dedicated passenger line pricing and draw on the experience of the pricing method of foreign dedicated passenger line, at the same time, the paper analyses the characteristic and the investment structure of the dedicated passenger line and the defects of tickets available, then determines the pricing objective,the pricing principle and the pricing method for the dedicated passenger line.In the part of the pricing model, the paper presents two comprehensive cost pricing models that apply to two operation models, one is the model of operation-infrastructure integration, and the other one is the model of operation-infrastructure separation. The two models not only reflect the factors of capital and market that affect the pricing, also reflect the value principle. Another specialty of the models is that the operation costs of the dedicated passenger line are collected by cost behavior which refers from the costs of the rail that is operating, the process makes the pricing more reasonable. The thesis discusses the price adjustment and the price control simply according to the models.On the one hand, the comprehensive cost pricing model considers the value factor and the market factor, on the other hand the separation of the cost helps to the price adjustment and the price control.
