Study On The Leaser's Decision In Power Network Financial Leasing Construction Pattern

The financing problem of power network companies has become the important issue concerned by every people. How to design a new financing model to involve the power network's financing problem has become an argent problem of power network's construction.This paper firstly analyses the basic characteristics of financial leasing and the differences between financing leasing and other financing patterns: BOT, debt and leasing, and gives the differences between two developing forms of financial leasing: financial leasing and project financial leasing. By analyzing the characteristics of the construction and financing of power network in china, this paper gives out the power network construction financing leasing pattern. Taking substation for example, this paper gives out the appraisal index system of leaser's financing decision and the rent design model basis on the ability of the lessee.
