With the development of the knowledge economy, knowledge was respected as a sparse resource. How enterprises achieve knowledge creation by using knowledge sharing has become an important and practical problem.IT corporations, as high knowledge concentration enterprises, have a great effect on the economy to the nation and the region. With the quick development of Internet technology and Internet corporations, the competition between these corporations is more and more intense. If they want to get predominance in this competition, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation are the best solutions for them. Most products on the Internet are immaterial products. The key of the competition for an internet company is the competition of knowledge creation. To keep the company as having the core competitive ability, company should make the knowledge widely shared, promote knowledge creation, and found an efficient knowledge sharing system.This paper is based on the Sohu Inc. case study and introduces the present situation of knowledge sharing at this company. Discover the problems, and then by reviewing the concept, procedure, aim and significance of knowledge sharing, introduce the theoretical achievement of knowledge sharing. By Analyzing the necessity and feasibility of this company, and analyzing the economy and using game theory, will bear a conclusion as to what is the barrier to knowledge sharing. The end of this paper will offer a solution for this company to improve its knowledge sharing systemThis paper research gives the necessary theory and method support, has great reference value and model significance for improving the management and competition of Sohu Inc..
