Analysis On Logistics Outsourcing Of China's Science And Technology Enterprises

With the fierce competition and rapidly technological development, the large science and technology companies would like to outsource their logistics to the third-party logistics company, in order to get competition advantage. Compared with the self- logistics, the logistics outsourcing has some advantages in cost saving, reducing investment input and improving customer satisfaction. Since 1990s, domestic logistics developing rapidly, logistics'agent increasing speedily, our large science and technology companies face many problems in logistics outsourcing. Such as decision mistakes, inappropriate choice of logistics vendor, incomplete management system, no evaluation system and so on, which may lead into failure of the whole logistic system. This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems in logistics outsourcing, and gives the solution in logistics outsourcing for Chinese Large Science and Technology Enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the characters of logistics outsourcing in large science and technology companies. Secondly, summarizing five problems of logistics outsourcing in large science and technology companies. Finally, by analyzing the problem reasons, this paper makes the solution to control these problems. It's believed that the content of this paper would contribute its value to our large science and technology enterprise in the coming practice.
