But the fact is that the larger grain corporations development not well at present. At last, selecting the famous grain enterprise Cargill group as the realistic illustration, to supplements and prove the front content.Generally speaking, this thesis bases on the former research of supply chain theory and grain corporation development theory, and introduce the supply chain into the process of larger grain development, according to with the specialties of grain industry to talk. From this research can be drawn that the development based on supply chain of the larger grain corporations is answer for the request of theory and elite of the activities of larger grain corporations. Based on supply chain development is the act according with the situation of competition. Only assign the resource again through the whole supply chain, can the larger grain corporations keep their core competence and maintain the competitive advantage in the intense industry changing period.
