The New Trend Of The Multinational Corporation's Technique Transference To China And Our Countermeasure

Since the 1990s,the Multinational Corporation have been striking speed to expand in the whole world, and become the mighty impetus for integrative economics with their absolute advantage in capital,technology and management. There is no doubt that the Multinational Corporation promote the development to the other countries by investing and technological transfer in the whole world, and the same to China. From reforming and opening in China, our policies absorbed a lot of investment from the other countries, and the same time some advanced technology came in to boost industries and upgrade, such as robotic meter,integrate circuit and color television ,etc. On the side, with the acquaintance to the interior policies and environment, the direct investment from the Multinational Corporation become independent, for example single investing and interior transferring, so promotion will be more and more slack. Nay, in the process of attracting foreign capital we find that high and new technology had not been taken root really, and on the contrary more and more production technology entered in China, so our country becomes the processing workshop of the western developed countries; furthermore, the Multinational Corporation can monopolize fresh industries by controlling advanced technology, which can threaten our economy some time in future, therefore we have to reserve and develop new technology by ourselves and sparkplug stratagem of prospering our country by science and technology, and we believe our country will be genuine big country and great power by effort coming from the government and the enterprises.This paper puts forward the problems and resolves them by demonstration to educe the conclusion: independently innovation is the first, transferring technology is the second.
