In 21st century, with the rapid development of communications technology and network, the marketing information is enlarged from area limited to global field which gives a great impact on customer loyalty and makes enterprise attach high importance to customer loyalty.With the bring the highest level of importance that competition in logistics filed getting more and more furious, 3pl should have clear idea of current customer loyalty in order to maintain and create profits. The key factors include the external environments and switching cost besides the service quality. Based on a famous international 3pl enterprise-MLOG, the research dedicates to discuss the customers loyalty of 3pl enterprise.Based on a great deal of literature, the research puts forward the factors which affect the customer loyalty of 3pl enterprise and establishes the appraisal index model. The thesis analyzes the data by software Amos5.0 and presents the suggestions to improve the customer loyalty, which provide the referential model to 3pl enterprises.The main innovations are as below, (1) The content is referring to the main factors affects the customers loyalty of 3pl and give valuable suggestions. (2) The research gives adjustment of the model with the actuality and specialty of logistics field which improve the applicability and integrality. (3) In point of method, the thesis adopts factor analysis and structural equation Model (SEM) which is more scientific and innovative than the research in the paste.
