Research On The Human Resource Development And Economic Development In Xinjiang

The paper bases on the domestic and international theories about human resource development and economic development, absorbs and resorts some relevant research achievement, uses correlative economic tools to analyse the present condition of the human resource development in Xinjiang. The paper considers that the human resource take a leading role in this process of economic development in Xinjiang. And regards that education, employment, health and medical treatment, population floating are valid paths to exploit human resource in Xinjiang.
