Enterprises face great pleasure on growth under the current global competitive environment, high information technology level, and sustainable develop need: some enterprises get to the upper limit through merge, reorganize, process reengineering, enterprise culture reform, enhance the information technology application level and so on, some enterprisers who have great insight about the business environment find that the unlimited space which can help them gain growth lies on the market, but the price strategy, promotion strategy even the technology strategy can not help the organization get the continuous, cannot imitated superiorities in today's high global environment.Firstly, the article discussed the advantages of channel strategy academically, analyzed the general key factors of successful marketing channels, opened out the root of channel conflicts; Secondly, the article did a demonstration research towards the typical Company: Bao Ding Jiang Hui Absorber ltd. Through the interviews with the retail dealer in different Markets in China, find out the common problems of Mid- and small-scale enterprise in China, and carried out deep research and discussion on them. At last, the article restructured the Marketing Channel of Bao Ding Jiang Hui Absorber ltd towards its idiographic problems from Price System, the Channel's Marketing Exploit Capability and Custom Relationship Management, supplied a reference for related enterprises in China who want to solve similar channel problems.
