Issue Of Sustainable Development Of Agriculture In The Less-development Areas Of Southeast China

Since 1990s,along with the gradual deepening of the Reform and Opening up to the outside world,the economy of our nation developed continuously,stably and rapidly.The Southeast China Area,as the leader of the Reform an Opening up and of the economic construction of the nation,is galloping ahead in the race to the economic development.Agriculture,being the basic industry of the whole national economy,functions as the stable foundation of the latter.However,the development speed of the whole economy of it can not meet the needs requirement and lack in harmony with the developing speed of the whole economy.In the frame of the economic development of Southeast China Area,especially the Coastal FuJian Province,this thesis analyzed and seeked for the sustainable development of agriculture in Zhangzhou Region,combining with the theories of economics for development,sustainable development and public policy and so on.Firstly,beginning with related concepts and categories of agriculture development,the author analyzed the connections and differences among traditional agriculture,modern agriculture and sustainable agriculture,and pointed out that the transferring from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is a key component of industrialization development,as well as the inevasible demand of the process of agriculture development.Secondly,through the introduction of the basic status in Zhangzhou Region and retrospect of its history of agriculture development,the author summed up the successful experiences of the agriculture development in Zhangzhou Region.From the angle of sustainable development and its corresponding demand,th author significantly analyzed the crashing natural resource factors,main problems and its reasons which restricted the agriculture development of Zhangzhou Region.The author also made a overall evaluation of the sustainable development ability level of agriculture in Zhangzhou Region in an innovative way and pointed out the historical period which the agriculture development process of Zhangzhou Region is in.Thirdly, the author concluded the basic goal of keeping sustainable development in agricultureas well as the general principle,creatively constructed"the map of realizing sustainable development in the agriculture of Zhangzhou Region",thus propose the thought-line of realizing sustainable development in the agriculture of Zhangzhou Region as well as some suggestions on policies. so as to proposed the main ways of keeping the agriculture in Zhangzhou Region developing sustainably.It is hoped that the main way of keeping sustainable development of agriculture and the thought-line and some relevant suggestions on policies of realizing sustainable development of agriculture,which have been put forward by th author,can be used as a source of reference and guiding sense to agriculture development in the Coastal Area of our country,especially in the Less-developed Areas of Southeast FuJian.
