At present, these problems are studied integrally, and this article try to quest for them.Industrial structure change incarnates division evolution of labor and institutional change is the essence of division evolution. So both industrial structure change and Industrial structure change resolve into phenomenally and essentially the division. The division put up labor productivity, a people's financial worth and relative price of human capital, and this gives rise to institutional change. Analyzing from the point of view of economics and management historiography, the penman comes to the conclude that the division gives rise to institutional change——from microcosmical enterprise system to system of macroeconomics.
