A Study On The Establishment Of Regional Innovation System Of Guangxi

Nowadays science and technology innovation is the first impetus for the development of a region or a nation. Knowledge, human resources and capital are more and more assembled in the region which has a stronger capability of science and technology innovation. Establishment of regional innovation system is an important way of improving the capability of science and technology innovation and promoting the rapid economic development. Although the construction of regional innovation system of Guangxi has got some achievements, there is still a large gap compared with its neighborhood-----Hunan and Guangdong. Developing and consummating regional innovation system of Guangxi will improve the capability of science and technology innovation and be significant to realize establishment of"harmonious Guangxi"This thesis is based on specific facts of establishing regional innovation system of Guangxi and adopts the way of studying documents and facts. It absorbs related academic data and results of Guangxi or national authorized institutes as much as possible and also integrates the results of international regional innovation system theory studying. Thus, it confers the present situation and the strategies of the establishment of regional innovation system in GuangxiThe thesis is arranged as follows: Chapter One involves the theories on regional innovation system. It expounds the concepts of regional innovation system systematically, summarizes and comments the connotation, structure, function and characteristics of regional innovation system. Chapter Two includes the present situation and the analysis of establishing regional innovation system of Guangxi. It analyzes the achievements and the problems still existing in Guangxi and the causes by discussing the subjectivity, environment and resources of regional innovation system. In Chapter Three, the author brings up the strategies of constructing and perfecting regional innovation system of Guangxi.
