For a long term Chinese governmental none-tax revenue is always insubstantial , in contrast with Chinese tax revenue . We don't have a reputable management system , so it is necessary to reform and accomplish Chinese governmental none-tax revenue.The text start with the traits , functions , comprehensions of governmental none-tax revenue. Then I analyze its situation nowadays , including management situation , its questions , reason analyses and necessity of reforming governmental none-tax revenue . After comparing other market economical countries' governmental none-tax revenue management situation , we conclude some good experiences which can be used by China in the future .In the last part, I introduce the experiences about governmental none-tax revenue of Anhui province ,than I present some suggestions to deal with Chinese governmental none-tax revenue , including grouping it, setting up and accomplishing reputable none-tax revenue management system , and some treating root, interrelated measures .
