| Based on the ongoing equipment maintenance method, the CBM (condition based maintenance), which based on reliability, is introduce into Mawan to reduce maintenance cost and improve profit by equipment monitoring and reliability analysis. The maintenance method is optimized by scientific management, such as comprehensive consideration of cost and results.The main contents of the study include the situation and trend of maintenance system in the advanced countries and the equipment maintenance in Chinese power plant. A case study is used to introduce the elementary application of CBM. Focus on the state of Mawan power plant, the effect as well as some problems occurred during the application is summarized. The further prospect of CBM is also been discussed. The main innovations of the study are as followed:Based on CBM and RCM, the maintenance pattern is provided by the data of the power plant operation. By classify the grade of the failure by their frequency, condition base maintenance is reached. We further studied the appraisal technology of CBM and the choosing of maintenance strategy. |
