The competition of client has become focus in the telecom as the competition in telecom industry keeps changing rapidly. The industry is experiencing reforms and revolutions. Under such circumstances, the telecom strengths of competition is base on the improving of client relation and the stability of client relation.This thesis focuses on analyzing the management of client relation in telecom. The competition circumstances are fully discussed .And the telecom strengths of competition are revealed using the BOTE model of Five Factors. On the basis of above analysis, the necessary to the management of client relation is pointed. The theory of demand levels in the telecom management of client relation (Communication,Relatedness,Value) is researched through the analysis of the theory demand levels of Abraham.h.maslow. Further, the SWOT model is applied to discuss the available competition strategies in the management of client relation. The life cycle of management of client relation is segmented through the researching on the trade cycle. On the basis of above discussions, the competition strategy and the marketing strategy for the telecom service are decided.As China is getting more and more involved in the world's economic integration, the telecom are challenged by tougher competitors in much more complex business environment. The thesis is trying to probe how to manage the client relation and adjust strategies in the competition for the telecom.
