Therefore, it is significant to explorate the regulation pattern of high pharmaceutical price. Through the theory and practice research, the paper deeply analyzes the reasons that the high pharmaceutical price forms, and points out the problems of our regulation pattern of pharmaceutical price. Later the paper studies the experiences of foreign countries regulation pattern, and at last gives the suggestions to govern the discussed problem.Based on advancing the question, the paper analyzes the reasons that the high pharmaceutical price forms with theory research, and points out the course of forming in wholesale market. Meanwhile, in retail market, the paper establishes an economic model to analyze the distort market banlance which dues to supply induce demand and hospital monopoly. The paper also analyzes the distortion effect to the pharmaceutical market, the non-pharmaceutical medical service and the hospital scale. This part is the theory foundation of the research. On the bases, the paper introduces the pharmaceutical price regulation evolution, and introduces the reason, characters and effect of our regulation pattern, and summarizes the problems of our regulation pattern in the aspect of encouraging and suppressing system. Later the paper introduces the foreign regulation patterns of pharmaceutical price, and compares the effect, the strength and weakness of different regulation patterns, and points out the enlightment to China. Therefore, the paper points out the choices and gives the suggestions to govern the problem of high pharmaceutical price based on above analysis.
