Facing the increasingly competitive pressures and diversified market demands, the construction corporate management mode has transformed from production-oriented operation to market-oriented operation. Besides continually improve enterprise production management, it also must fully optimize construction consultancy, design, construction, materials, equipment, labor supply and after-sale service to customers'demand. In other words, it means the carry out of integrated supply chain management in construction industry, which takes these enterprises on the supply chain as an integral and harmony organic.
