The Study On The Financial Management In Enterprise Groups

The development of enterprise groups calls for a new management model. In order to get better performance of financial management in enterprise groups, this thesis puts forward a financial management model. The author expresses his views from three aspects as follows: First of all, the author takes a close look at the role which enterprise groups plays in the social economy, starting with their origin, features, structures and meanings as well, then discusses some problems that existing they are now confronted with. Secondly, by studying on the goals, characters and system of financial management in enterprise groups, the author tries to find answers to difficult problems in financial management in enterprise groups by analyzing them.After that, the author brings forward a basic idea of the financial management model and main contents applied in enterprise groups. By comparing advantages and disadvantages of existing mainstream the financial management frame, concerning characters of enterprise groups and special needs of financial management model, a discussion is made on the ideal operational platform of this model. Meanwhile, starting from main contents of enterprise groups application of this model, a research is taken into the specific methods concerned, including patterns, business processes, and methods we to be changed based on different enterprise groups requirements on power concentration and division in the process of implementation.From Chapter 2 to Chapter 5, there is the core of the thesis:Chapter 2 is about financial management system of enterprises, the financial management system of corporate and the financial management control systems of corporate groups. A financial management model of corporate, some constructing principles of financial management system of corporate and the constructing of financial management system of corporate are studied in financial management system of corporate groups. Designing of financial management system of corporate groups and the general model of financial management system of corporate groups are studied in the financial management model of corporate.Chapter 3 is about the business of related party in corporate groups and the internally-transfer price in the financial management system of corporate groups.Chapter 4 is about the business outstanding achievement in the financial management system of corporate groups, the principles of business outstanding achievement and the practice of business outstanding achievement in the financial management system of corporate groups.Chapter 5 is about the study on analysis of incentives in financial management system of the financial management system of corporate groups and some case of incentives in financial management system of the financial management system of corporate groups.Studies on these aspects proved that, by employment the advantage of the financial management model, not only can the financial management model be applied in different enterprise groups, but can improved the whole management greatly and strengthen groups core competitive abilities.
