A Research On The Fiscal And Financial Policy Tools In The Development Of Regional Economy

The various countries is always facing a difficult problem in the process of seeking the economical development, which is how to display the domestic overall economical superiority and the stable domestic politics economy by the region economy coordinated development。As a result of the differences among natural condition, society, history , cultural context and so on, the economical developed country all had experienced the historical process, which is the local economy from imbalanced to the relative equilibrium development。In this transformation process, Regional economic policy which includes fiscal and financial policy implemented by the developed country has all played the very major role in regional development。 The economic system innovation in China that began at 70's impelled the economy to grow by a high speed in more than 20 years. But some social problems appeared immediately. As to the development of district economy, the problem mainly is the unbalance developing among the East, the Central part, and the West. It also means that the regional development in the Eastern is more flourishing comparing to the Central part and the West. The unbalanced development of regional economy is not only influencing the national solidarity, but also going against the stability development of national economy. Thus, learning from the international successful experience in developing regional economy has a very realistic meaning in reducing the disparities in economy developing among regions in our country.In order to give a research on the measures which alleviate the unbalance development of economy among regions in our country.
