The physical distribution integration is not only concerns the physical distribution service to spell simply crowds together, but also enhances the physical distribution efficiency, reduces the physical distribution cost as the core, unifies the advanced information and the networking the physical distribution function integration is organically a body.The physical distribution integration goal is the entire physical distribution network in all link market, the retailing network, the manufacture process and purchase relates, realizes the high level and the low cost which the customer serves, wins the competitive advantage. Our country physical distribution industry development basically is at the physical distribution own integration stage, is precisely the vertical integrated physical distribution, the related physical distribution integration fundamental research also basically limits to this. How makes our country's physical distribution development to enhance to a higher level, domestic theoretically also lacks the system the research.This thesis through The inventory management of Supply chain which can be divided into single-echelon and multi-echelon inventory control. After studying a great deal of literatures on EOQ model and inventory model of supply chain, it is put forward that the present problem in the inventory management of supply chain considerating the present status of supply chain management. When the supplier is dominant, the inventory management of the two echelon supply chain which consists of one supplier and many retailers in fact is the single-echelon inventory control and the EOQ is still an effective inventory management method and an EOQ model on partial backlogging and non-instantaneous replenishment is established, of which it is more reasonable to assume the loss of without commodity in the warehouse divided into two parts: the opportunity cost due to lost sales and the shortage cost.
