The developing countries, as well as the developed countries, share the future of the industry agglomeration. And it shows that agglomeration also exists in China because many cases prove that some regions have many clusters are developing well. However, it is must be noticed that most of these are non-sources clusters. So faced with the challenge of globalization and the opening economy, it is most urgent to study the relation between the trade liberalization and agglomeration for push the continuous development of industry agglomeration.Based on the theory of New economic geography, this paper examines the basic spatial concentration among 1978-2002 and the Gini coefficient of Chinese industries among 1994-2003 which is a period when China substantially liberalized its trade regime. In order to stand out the point of author's point, the econometric models are used to analyze the influential factor of level of regional specialization in China.Three aspects is tried to innovate in this paper as follows: analyzing the reasons of the non-sources clusters development subjected to the China's opening policy;based on the empirical analysis of many economists,calculating the Gini Index of China's industry;using three different ways to analyze the industrial agglomeration.
