China have witnessed the great and rapid achievement of all the development zones in the passed 20 years since implement of the reform and open policy, especially the Hi-Tech parks, have made great contribution to the development of regional economy. However, many actual problems have been emerged, such as scarcity of diversity with increasingly furious competition, a ragged performance regionally, due to the insufficient study and practice, which becomes the barrier to improve their international reputation and competition. At present, many development zones have tried to manage the strategic change from industry development to function service development in future, that effects to the leaders' requirements of the theory and practice study concerned with Marketing Service for Development zone.The essence of the Marketing Service is to promote service product to win the Custom Satisfaction and faith with the effect to the long-term growth itself. It manifest the higher company value is derived from all but the satisfied customs. Development zones can benefit from the customs' satisfaction for its dedication to the optimization of the park investment environment, provide the service with high quality. And development zones can also maintain the long attract and impetus through the continuation service, pursuing company reproduction & reinvestment for scale-up and supporting them in the chain.The establishment and perfection of the system of Marketing Service in development zones is necessary and play important role in the course of the park building. As far as I concerned, the system has 2 parts-inner marketing and exterior marketing. The inner service marketing means the park itself directly provide all kinds of service, with the content of upbuilding the idea and visualize, foundation of the system. It is the core of the system. The latter is the supporting service by exterior organizations combined by the park, including the agency service, finance service, building and office management, and convenience service.
