The Real Diagnosis Research On Diversification Management Strategy And Performance Of Listed Companies

The diversified management is a fast development strategy that domestic and foreign enterprises are seeking for currently,simultaneously it is also the hot research and the discussion topic for theorists and practice side.Especially,it is deeply fits to multinational corporation's favor.During the practice by domestic and foreign enterpreneurs' diversified management practice,although there are several successful and classical cases,it is more often to see that not only diversification management company's achievements do not be improved,but instead they fall into the diversification"trap"deeply.All of these difficult questions puzzle the business field, and also it's the ponding and controversial problem faced by theorists.But as for this important subject,it may obtain different conclusion for different scholars' research with not the same method or the angle of view.Therefore,it is useful to study the diversified management achievement and the strategy thoroughly,which will benefit for implementation of diversified management strategy for our country's firms on one side,on another side will guide firms to choose the best management strategy.This article is divided into five parts.First,the introduction part,mainly includes the significance of this research,the literature summary to domestic and foreign, introduced the methods of the positive research in the paper,the content and innovations of the paper.The second part is about the methodlogy of the whole thesis.At first it maked a brief narration to diversified management patterns,reviewed a large number of literatures from different point,then analysized the effect of diversified management from positive and negative aspect;The third part is the framework of diagnosis research.It explained the collection and selection of sample datas,and furtherly put forward some hyperthesises and build the model of the real diagnosis.The fourth is the real diagnosis research part,in which the research is based on the former part.It selected 395 listed companies and used the continual five-year data of these firms from the year 2000 to 2004.The real diagnosis research,which is about the performance of these public companies' diversification management,is from the aspects of profit ability,debt paid capability and the stockholder's rights structure and so on.Based on the research,the end of this part maked further analysis and drew several conclusions.The fifth part of this article is some suggestions to the implementation of diversified management for Chinese firms,and pointed out that the...
