This article discusses the unrenewable resources'real value and analyses how the price of the unrenewable resources impacts capital accumulation,technology improving and the welfare of consumer. The focus is to put forward how to reform the price system of unrenewable resources in china as the other countries can provide some experience.The first section discusses the real value of the unrenewable including the cost of exploitation,the value of environment,the scarcity value of competitive using and user cost in the eras.A:The value of exploitation. To get the unrenewable resources has to pay out the labour, labour is the unrenewable resources'base value.B:The value of environment. Getting and using the unrenewable resources may destroy the environment so that the unrenewable resources have environment value.C:The value of competitive use. As an exhaustible resources the competition of using the unrenewable resources between countries,areas,enterprises,sections.
