| Our country is a large agricultural nation, agricultural and the rural economy development is very important to the entire national economical development. The agricultural insurance has already seriously lagged to the demand of our insurance industry development and the economical development. The present paper is to discuss China's agricultural insurance development patterns by taking some background conditions, which include the insurance theory, the overseas agricultural insurance development patterns and the root of difficulty in China's agricultural insurance development patterns.The first part gives explanations of the agricultural insurance elementary theory, including concept, characteristic and economic characteristic of agricultural insurance. Through the analysis on agricultural insurance economic characteristic, we should not adopt the pure commercial management pattern. And it is necessary to get government's policy support and the correlation assistance. Moreover, after the comparison to the successful development patterns of overseas agricultural insurance, this paper analyzes their characteristic, discuss their general character, so as to find China's agricultural insurance development patterns.The second part has made the roundly analysis and research existing five kinds of representative development patterns of agricultural insurance on our country, including the commercial pattern, commercial pattern leaded by government, the local authority and the commercial department jointed pattern, the countryside cooperation corporation, the government direct or the indirect pattern. |
