As a new&high technology enterprise of medical equipment, Sunostik is a privately owned company, whose main products are chemistry analyzers. The chemistry analyzers of Sunostik company own couples patents, which were developed by her our team. The company own independent intellectual property. Based on the success of local market, Sunostik made the development strategy of open the international market. South Asia market is one of the important market area, which the company always focus and pay much attention to. However, sales increase in this area are slow though the products has been marketing for five years. Advantages of cost and technology were not obvious in the market competition. Now the company is exploring the effective marketing strategies in South Asia market.The thesis researched the Sunostik's biochemistry analyzer market in South Asia by four part components as the following.Firstly, the thesis states the marketing environment in South Asia market. main problems in this segment area. There are four main countries in South Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Population, economy development level and the medial treatment status in those counties have shown the big demands and market potential. Many European and American manufacturers occupied most of the market share. The chemistry analyzers market in South Asia is very competitive. However, based on the analysis of Dr. Michael Porter Five Competition, which use as to analysis South Aisa market,there exist the possibility to entry this market for Sunostik company. Now summarize the main problems in this market of Sunostik company. They are: 1. Market share grow slowly; 2. Unconsciousness of brand, lacking of product orientation 3 Lacking of scientific and reasonable sales channels 4 Low customer satisfaction which restricted sales growing.
