Every investors of the global automobile industry and related realms can't neglect the fast developing chinese automobile market since the china have became the a member of WTO .In recent years, under the huge come-on of the Chinese automobile market, the multinational automobile parts company have arrived China to invest in various way, more and more automobiles parts company build up its Pacific-Asia region headquarters in China.The Chinese automobile parts enterprises face more challenge.The product structure of chinese automobile parts industry is still with the type of intensive labor,low valua-added.The automobile parts company don't think R&D as a important development strategy.Enlargeing new product development and speeding the product structure to adjust is the key that automobile parts enterprises keep a good development.Faceing the competition current.JABF have already achieved qualification of ISO9000,QS9000,VDA6.1 and the ISO/TS16949. The production have very nice quality and the process support.In 2004, JABF start to use project management tool in the new product development process.This thesis mainly study the application of project management to R&D of JILIN Auto Brake Factory and have four aspects : First ,Intruduce the project background:This part introduce the background of JABF and automobile parts industry current , the manage process of R&D in JABF ,why JABF applied the project management and the basic knowledge of project managementSecond ,study how the JABF organize the R&D project management :How to carry on a whole project management,the organization structure of the R&D project management ,the work breakdown structure(WBS) and the...
